What type of workout is Stenmark Fit?
Stenmark Fit is a bodyweight program with focus on strength, toning and mobility. It is a complete system and is designed to cover your strength and cardio needs.
Each workout starts with a dynamic warm up, followed by a body weight workout with no equipment required. We also have HIIT burnouts designed to improve & increase metabolism. Our program has options for all fitness levels!
Our whole food recipes are scientifically designed to nurture the body while boosting metabolism.
Does the program use plyometric exercises?
The program focuses on toning, functional strength and fitness and overall wellbeing with an aesthetic outcome. To achieve this we utilise many different types of exercises, including plyometric. All exercises have a choice in level and approach.
If I am pregnant, have an injury or a health condition am I able to use this guide?
If you are pregnant, injured or have a specific health issues, please consult your health practitioner before using any of Stenmark Fit program.
Please note these programs were NOT designed with pregnancy in mind.
What will Stenmark Fit do for my body? Will I lose weight and gain muscle?
The Stenmark Fit program is designed to achieve a high functioning, strong body that looks and feels great. With the correct application of exercise and diet regimes, weight loss, toning and lean tissue building are achievable outcomes of the program.
I am not very fit and rarely exercise, am I still able to do the Stenmark Fit guides?
Yes! Stenmark Fit is designed with multiple levels of difficulty to best suit all needs, all the way from beginner to the very advanced.
I am very fit and not looking for a body transformation but just want a regular workout. Am I still able to use the program?
Stenmark fit program is designed with different options in difficulty to best suit all needs, from beginner to advanced. For the advanced practitioner, these program can be a fantastic way to maintain crucial strength and movements, while keeping a great level of strength and tone. We bet there’s even a few things in here that you haven’t seen before!
Can I do this workout from home?
Yes, it can be done from anywhere!
Do the guides include video tutorials?
The guides do not include video tutorials but do include detailed photographs of the moves, making it very easy to use and follow.
How do I know which level is right for me?
Work to a level that fatigues you by the 3rd-4th sets. This means your muscles are fatigued. It does not mean you are experiencing joint, lower back or any other pain.
We have, over time, built up to working at 75-80% of our 1 rep max (of each movement) for this program.
This can be hard to test, so we recommend going for the level that allows you to complete the sets whilst fatiguing* near the end of the later sets, without causing any joint or structural pain.
*It's important to note, by fatigue, we mean you are still be able to do successfully complete each movement with good form (see the cues for each exercise). If you tired and have poor form, you have gone past a useful level of fatigue.

The guides are available to view as eBooks through your preferred e-reader.
Is there a demo or preview I can try?
There is not a demo available at this time but checkout the Stenmark Fit instagram for a taste recipes and exercises contained in the e-book.
Can I download the guide and save it to Books?
Yes! Your program will be available to view as eBooks through your preferred e-reader.
Can I pay by credit card without signing up to PayPal?
Yes, PayPal will allow you to pay with you credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.
